Each piece is made just for you and crafted with care through our trusted production partners who share our commitment to quality and excellence. We appreciate your patience while your order is created and shipped. Here’s how the process works from start to finish.
1. Production Time
All Kingdom Crew™ products are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed, your items go into production.
Typical fulfillment times are:

2–5 business days for apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

3–7 business days for embroidered or specialty products (hats, beanies, patches, etc.)

5–10 business days during peak or holiday seasons
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
2. Shipping Times
After your order is produced, delivery times depend on your region and local carrier performance.
Here are standard delivery estimates after fulfillment:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. If available, you’ll see them clearly during checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a direct link to follow your package.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days, email us at 33AD@kingdomcrew.com and we’ll be happy to help.
5. Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are produced at different facilities.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and all tracking details will be sent to you automatically.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize there’s an error immediately after checkout, contact us at 33AD@kingdomcrew.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before production begins.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We’ll work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
While we can’t control carrier or customs delays, we’ll always help you find a solution.
8. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges are determined by your country and are not included in your order total.
We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or change customs values.
Packages refused due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
9. Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check nearby delivery areas and with neighbors.

Contact your local postal office for GPS confirmation.
