Every item we make is printed to order and crafted with care through our fulfillment partners at Printful and Shopify. Because each product is made specifically for you, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse. However, we stand behind our products and will always make things right in cases of defects, damage, or production errors.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Sizing or Preference
Each Kingdom Crew™ product is custom-printed on demand. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size orders, color preference, or change of mind.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We want you to receive products that meet Kingdom Crew’s quality standards.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

Please email 33AD@kingdomcrew.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We will cover fulfillment errors such as:

Incorrect print or placement

Poor print quality

Wrong item or color sent

Manufacturing defect or damage in transit
We’ll handle all communication and resolution on your behalf with our manufactures.
3. Order Cancellations & Changes
Because orders begin production almost immediately:

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
4. Returns Without Authorization
Please do not return items directly to the return address on the package or to Printful.
Unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded. Always contact us first to confirm the next steps.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

First, check with neighbors, your local post office, or your building’s delivery area.

If it still cannot be located, contact us at 33AD@kingdomcrew.com and we’ll help investigate.
Please note: Kingdom Crew™ is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays outside our control.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for packages delayed or refused due to customs.
